MySportsBuddies ("we", "us", or "our") operates the MySportsBuddies mobile application (the "App"). This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect data as described in their own privacy policies:
We request location permission to show you nearby games and venues. Precise GPS coordinates are used only in real time and are not stored permanently on our servers. Your city/region (coarse location) may be saved to your profile if you choose to set it.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile settings screen, which permanently removes your personal data from our servers.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
We use Firebase's industry-standard security, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, Firestore security rules, and Firebase Authentication to protect your data.
Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. You can also delete your account directly in the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
